Undergraduate or postgraduate at the University? Looking for a placement of between 2 and 12 months? Want to go to an organization based in an Erasmus+ partner country? Then this is your opportunity!

With a placement through Erasmus+, you will receive a grant (for up to a maximum of three months) while gaining professional experience in an international company or institution.

At CEU UCH, we offer our students ‘A Magical Opportunity’ together with the University of California, Riverside (UCR), and Walt Disney World Resort, Florida, USA.

With this programme, you can gain the Applied Management for Hospitality and Tourism Certificate from the UCR University Extension, ECTS credits for your degree at the CEU Cardenal Herrera University, and undertake a paid placement at the famed Walt Disney World Resort.

Requirements

  • To be enrolled on a bachelor's degree programme at CEU UCH from the time of application until the completion of the programme.

  • To be at least 18 years old when making the application.

  • To have completed at least 60 credits of the bachelor's degree when making the application.

  • To have an average grade of at least ‘pass’ (aprobado).

  • To have good level of English (B2, TOEFL iBT 80, IELTS 6.5 or Duolingo 100). If you do not have any of the above certificates, you must sit the DUOLINGO test, free of charge, before the deadline set by UCR.

This programme has been designed for CEU UCH and is available for all undergraduate students; it comprises 15 ECTS credits for participants to gain the Applied Management for Hospitality and Tourism Certificate from the University of California, Riverside, and this can then be recognized for credits at CEU UCH.

EPSO European Personnel Selection Office

This EU agency regularly publishes offers of placements and vacancies across all EU institutions. You only need to go to their portal and choose the search filters for duration, country, and host institution that suit you.

International clinical placements in the USA

This scholarship programme is for students on either the Spanish or bilingual English-Spanish streams of the Medicine degree at the University. It enables students to undertake clinical rotations at prestigious hospitals and healthcare institutions in Chicago and New York. It includes liability insurance cover – essential for anyone undertaking a placement in the USA.

Amity Institute placement programme for Education students

An agreement between CEU UCH and the Amity Institute enables our Education students to undertake placements in primary and secondary schools in the USA. The placements are for 9 or 10 months, and students receive guidance with regard to required documents and personalized feedback during the placement.

In all cases, accommodation, transport and health insurance costs must be paid for by the student.
