Sports

At the Sports Service, we are passionate about sport and committed to improving health and wellbeing across the university community. On our three campuses in Castellón, Alfara del Patriarca and Elche, we offer a wide variety of sporting activities for everyone, whatever your preferences and ability levels. These include instructor-led activities (GAP/legs, bums and tums; toning; pilates; cardioboxing; HYROX; and more), internal competitions (basketball, football, futsal, tennis, table tennis, padel, and others), activities in the countryside (hiking, winter sports, rafting, etc.), regional competitions in individual and team events, national student competitions, and collaborative activities with sporting organizations.

Our main objectives are to promote sport, healthy habits, student integration and social cohesion across the university community, and to encourage interest in general in sport, teamwork and respect for others, which are very much in harmony with the fundamental values of the CEU Cardenal Herrera University.
