At the University Guidance Service, our role is to support and improve your academic performance and the development of your personal and social skills.

In the personal realm, we can support you if you are having difficulties settling in at the University, and with any situations that you are finding stressful, or are making you feel anxious, sad, homesick, or are in any way affecting you in your relationships with other people, such as family members or fellow students.

For issues of an academic nature, we can provide you with support if you are finding certain things difficult to learn. We can help you improve your study skills and enhance your performance and show you time management strategies.

We are here to help you - just get in touch.
